Rujani endeavours in bringing before you the purest specialty teas from our gardens that are freshly packed and shipped directly from our factories there. And tea, just like any other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromise in freshness. So Rujani Tea doesn't provide return policies.
However, if the product is wrongly delivered/wrong product/damaged during transit/incomplete packaging etc. do inform us within 12 hours from the date of receipt of the product . You can write to us at email@example.com or call us; we promise to do whatever we can to remedy the issue. When the day ends, your satisfaction is what matters to us.
If you happen to receive a defective tea accessory, you can raise a return request by sending us an email within 12 hours of the purchase.
In case of transit damages, the issue has to be reported within 6 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint. As a valued customer we hope you understand our limitations. We will reach you within 72 hours to agree on the return. Plz do not return unless you receive a mail advice from us to the effect.
